How quickly can I get feedback on my booking?

We will reply to your request within one working day at the latest.

Is the sauna included in the price of the holiday home booking?

Yes, each of our forest houses comes with a private sauna, which you can use as much as you like during your stay. This is included in the price of the reservation.

What is the cost of using a hot tub?

The use of the hot tub is subject to an extra charge. Please contact us for more details.

How much is the booking deposit?

An advance payment of one third of the order is required to confirm the booking.

How can I book an entire holiday home complex?

If you would like to book the whole complex, please contact us via CONTACT FORM. We will coordinate your needs and make you a personal offer.

Are prices different during national holidays?

Yes, New Year’s Eve and Midsummer’s Day prices are double.

Using of a hot tub

What is a hot tub?

The hot tub is filled with water, which is then heated to the desired temperature. This heated water is used for hot tub bathing.Our hot tubs are located outdoors and can accommodate up to 6 people at a time.

How to use a hot tub?

The hot tub must be filled with water. The water is then heated to the desired temperature, which takes about 1.5-2 hours. In order for the water in the hot tub to heat up more quickly and stay warm for longer, the tub should be covered with a lid. In colder weather, it is important to be up to your neck in warm water and cover your head with a warm hat.

Why is using a hot tub good for your health?

Relaxing in warm water is good for the body and mind. A special pleasure is created by adding natural ingredients such as twigs of conifers, herbs or natural oils.

Good practices for the use of hot tubs

The inside of the barrel must be cleaned before and after use. Use only dry firewood for heating and do not burn debris or plastic in the stove.

Safety rules when using a hot tub

Key safety rules include:

Do not start heating until the barrel has been filled with water.
Do not heat the water until the barrel is filled with water.
Stirring the water during heating.
Stop adding wood to the furnace when the water reaches 35 degrees.
Do not allow water to escape until after the fire has gone out and the charcoal has cooled.
Enter and exit the stove only via the stairway provided.
Do not jump into the fireplace.
Use only natural preparations.

How many people can fit in a hot tub at a time?

The hot tub can comfortably seat 4-6 users at a time. If you would like to use the hot tub at Spitham, please make a note when making your reservation. After that, a time will be agreed when you want to use the hot tub and the our team will prepare everything what is needed for you.

Are pets allowed in Spitham Holiday Cottages?

Yes, pets are welcome at Spitham Holiday Cottages.

What is one of the main concerns for pet owners when planning a holiday?

One of the main concerns is where to leave your furry friends, big or small, especially if you’re planning to leave home for a bit longer. When you stay with us, you can safely take your well-behaved pets with you at no extra charge.

Why would pets enjoy a stay at Spitham Holiday Homes?

Spitham Holiday Homes is a great place for pets, with wildlife scents at every turn and plenty to see.

How far is Spitham Holiday Cottages from Tallinn?

Spitham Holiday Cottages are about an hour’s drive from Tallinn.

Why is it a good idea to bring your pet to Spitham?

Coming to Spitham with your pet is a good idea because the journey from Tallinn is not too long, so your pet won’t have to stay in the car for too long.

Should I be aware of any extra charges or special requirements when staying with a pet in Spitham lodges?

There are no surcharges or special requirements, but it is advisable to discuss details with us before booking.

What kind of holiday home is it?

The forest house is a duplex. On the ground floor there is a wood-burning sauna, a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. On the second floor there is a bedroom. This is a log cabin for year-round use.

What are the specificities of a Small Holiday Home?

Our charming small holiday home features a cosy terrace and offers a high degree of privacy, all nestled within beautiful woodland. The property includes a sauna, which guests can enjoy without limits during their stay. The use of the sauna and firewood is included in the price of the accommodation, so there are no additional costs to worry about.

What Additional Services Are Available?

Using the sauna is included in the price, however, there is an additional charge for the use of the hot tub. On-site catering is not available, but the Small Holiday House features a first-class kitchen with all the necessary equipment for you to prepare your own meals. We can also arrange catering services by special agreement.

How Many Guests Can the Small Holiday Cottage Accommodate?

The small holiday cottage is perfect for two people, making it an ideal choice for a romantic getaway. However, the woodland cabin comfortably accommodates up to four guests, with the option to add two extra spots if needed.

Can the Small Holiday Home be used in all seasons and all s?

Yes, the forest house is suitable for use throughout the year and in all weather conditions.

How Is My Booking Confirmed?

If the desired forest cabin is available, your booking will be confirmed immediately upon receipt of the deposit, which is one third of the total cost of your booking.

How many people can the cottage accommodate?

The cottage comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms on the second floor. Additionally, two extra beds can be provided at no extra charge if needed.

What amenities are included in the cottage?

The cottage features a private wood-heated sauna, a combined bathroom with shower and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric stove, and kettle. The living room includes a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable sofa, TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the house. Bed linens and sauna towels are provided.

What are the standard check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 1:00 PM on the day of departure.

Is it possible to arrange early check-in or late check-out?

Yes, early check-in and late check-out can be arranged upon special agreement.

Is the sauna usage included in the rental price?

Yes, the private wood-heated sauna is available for unlimited use during your stay, and seasoned firewood is provided at no extra cost.

Is the cottage suitable for families with children?

Absolutely, the cottage is family-friendly and includes amenities such as a sandbox filled with toys for children.

What is the capacity of the Group Lodge?

The lodge comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests, making it ideal for corporate events, birthdays, or gatherings with friends and family.

What buildings are included in the accommodation?

The property comprises two separate buildings: the main house and a sauna house, both nestled amidst tranquil forests.

What amenities are provided in the main house?

The main house features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a spacious hall suitable for seminars or events, a washing machine, two separate toilets, multiple shower rooms, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Is catering available?

Yes, while the kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation, catering and meal delivery services are available through our partners at Roosta Holiday Village.

What does the sauna house offer?

The sauna house includes a premium wood-heated steam sauna with a spacious bench that comfortably seats up to 10 people. It also provides additional sleeping arrangements if needed. Guests have unlimited access to the sauna during their stay, with firewood provided at no extra charge.

Is there a hot tub available?

Yes, a wood-heated hot tub is located next to the house, accommodating 4-6 people. Usage is not included in the standard price and must be arranged in advance.

An Ideal Venue for Corporate Events, Seminars, Birthdays, and Workshops. Perfect for a variety of gatherings, our venue accommodates up to 40 people indoors, with plenty of additional outdoor space to enjoy.
