Pricing & booking information

Holiday Pricing

Midsummer Day (Jaanipäev) and New Year’s Eve: Rates are doubled on these dates.

Additional Charges

Value-Added Tax (VAT): All listed prices are exclusive of VAT; it will be added to the final amount.

Booking Confirmation

Advance Payment: To confirm your reservation, a prepayment of 30% is required. An invoice for this amount will be issued upon booking.

ASK FOR A QUOTE

Cancellation Policy

Notification: Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Refunds:
- 14 days or more before arrival: 75% of the prepayment will be refunded.
- 7–13 days before arrival: 50% of the prepayment will be refunded.
- Less than 7 days before arrival: The prepayment is non-refundable.
Remaining Balance: The outstanding amount can be paid on-site in cash or via bank transfer prior to arrival.

Extended Stays

For longer stays, please contact us to negotiate a tailored rate.

Modifying or Cancelling Your Reservation

Plans can change, and we aim to accommodate adjustments. To modify or cancel your booking:

By Email: Send your request to epp@minupuhkus.ee. We strive to respond within one business day.

Hot Tub Usage

Advance Notice Required: The hot tub is available for an additional fee and must be reserved in advance.
- Rates:
  - Small Holiday House: €50 per use.
  - Big Holiday House and Group Holiday House: €80 per use.

Accommodation with Children

No Extra Charges: We welcome children and do not impose additional fees for their stay.
Extra Beds: If needed, up to two extra beds can be provided per house. Please inform us in advance.
Age Policy: There is no specific age requirement for extra beds; you know your child’s needs best.

Our Sauna Cabins

Spithami Holiday Houses is a retreat featuring three cozy log cabins: the Small Cabin, the Large Cabin, and the Group Cabin.

Each cabin offers a private wood-fired sauna, an outdoor hot tub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a host of additional comforts to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Small Cabin

Ideal for couples or small groups, this cozy retreat offers 4 sleeping spots and complete privacy, surrounded by serene forest.

Enjoy your own wood-fired sauna and outdoor hot tub, along with a fully equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi.

Firewood for the sauna, towels, and linens are all included to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Big Cabin

Perfect for families, this spacious retreat offers 8 sleeping spots and is surrounded by peaceful forest with its own private pond.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with Wi-Fi, along with the luxury of a private sauna and outdoor hot tub.

Firewood for the sauna, towels, and linens are all included to ensure a stress-free and comfortable stay.

€290 +VAT/Night

Group Cabin

An ideal choice for hosting gatherings, this spacious property accommodates up to 20 guests and features separate living and sauna houses.

Enjoy the luxury of a private hot tub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated seminar or party room with all necessary equipment. Catering services are also available to make your event seamless and memorable.

Rental for Events

An Ideal Venue for Corporate Events, Seminars, Birthdays, and Workshops. Perfect for a variety of gatherings, our venue accommodates up to 40 people indoors, with plenty of additional outdoor space to enjoy. Catering services are available, and we’re happy to assist with event planning to ensure everything runs smoothly.
