House rules
Our main house is a versatile space, perfect for hosting small seminars or simply enjoying quality time with your group. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the modern appliances and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals. If cooking isn’t on your agenda, our partners at Roosta Holiday Village offer catering and meal delivery services for your convenience.
The house also features practical amenities, including a washing machine, two separate toilets, and multiple shower rooms. Both the main house and sauna house come with high-speed Wi-Fi, free for all guests.
An Exceptional Sauna Experience
In the sauna house, you’ll discover a traditional wood-fired sauna, celebrated for its relaxing and health-boosting properties. This spacious sauna is ideal for groups to enjoy together. At Spithami, saunas are an art form, and our expertise has been recognized through the long-standing tradition of the Spithami Sauna Rally. You can heat the sauna yourself, and we provide all the firewood needed at no extra cost.
For true sauna enthusiasts, we also offer a large, heated hot tub, perfect for unforgettable, romantic moments. If you haven’t experienced the joys of a hot tub yet, this is the place to start!
Outdoor and Craftsmanship Details
The lodge boasts spacious covered terraces where you can enjoy fresh forest air, even on rainy days. For grill masters, all necessary tools are provided, and there’s a cozy fire pit area nearby, ideal for sharing stories under the stars.
Built with Heart and Tradition
Completed in 2020, the lodge reflects a deep connection to craftsmanship and natural materials. The interiors create a healthy, stress-relieving atmosphere, blending hand-crafted details with locally sourced designs. From clay sinks to a dining room light fixture made from a repurposed tree stump, every element tells a story. Most of the furnishings were either crafted by us or by skilled artisans from Spithami.
Whether you’re enjoying the fully equipped kitchen or relying on catering services for a special event, our lodge offers a unique combination of comfort, creativity, and connection to nature.

The house is available for use starting from 3:00 PM, and guests are kindly requested to check out by 1:00 PM on their departure day.
Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged upon special agreement.
20 sleeping spots
Comfortably hosting up to 20 guests, this house offers the perfect setting for private seminars, workshops, birthdays, and other social gatherings.
Whether you're looking to unwind, celebrate, or simply relax, this cozy retreat caters to groups of all kinds.
Additional sleeping arrangements are available in the sauna house for even greater flexibility.
Sauna house
The sauna house features a premium wood-heated steam sauna, with a spacious bench that comfortably seats up to 10 people for a relaxing experience.
Should the main house feel too crowded, the sauna house also offers additional sleeping arrangements. Guests are welcome to enjoy unlimited access to the sauna throughout their stay, with firewood provided at no extra charge.
Hot Tube
If you'd like to enjoy the hot tub in addition to the sauna, located right next to the house, please arrange this in advance.
Our outdoor hot tubs are wood-heated and provide a cozy experience. Each tub comfortably accommodates 4-6 people at a time.
Please note that hot tub usage is not included in the price.
