Our holiday homes offer the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, providing a serene environment to unwind and immerse yourself in the tranquility and beauty of nature. To ensure a pleasant and peaceful stay for all guests, we’ve outlined a few simple guidelines. These help maintain the high standards of our holiday homes and guarantee the comfort of everyone.

When staying at Spithami Holiday Homes, I agree to follow the established house rules:

• Arrival and Departure: Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:30 PM at the latest. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (September 1st–May 31st) and midnight to 6:00 AM (June 1st–August 31st).
• Parking: Vehicles must be parked in designated areas, avoiding grass and forested areas.
• Care for the Home: I will treat the house and its contents with care, leaving it in the same condition as it was upon my arrival.
• Energy Efficiency: I will heat the sauna moderately, turn off lights, close windows, and switch off radiators when leaving the house.
• Incidents: If I accidentally damage something, I will inform the host immediately. I will also report any food or drink stains on bedding for timely cleaning.
• Hot Tub Usage: The hot tub is available only with prior agreement and for an additional fee.
• Furniture and Equipment: If I move any furniture or use sports equipment, I will return them to their original places before departure.
• Waste Management: I will generate waste responsibly, sort recyclables, and keep food scraps indoors or dispose of them in street bins to prevent wildlife from spreading them.
• Respect for Nature: Understanding that the house is located in the forest, I acknowledge the possibility of encountering mosquitoes and ants.
• Sauna Cleaning: After using sauna branches, I will clean up any dried leaves and twigs in the steam room.
• Pets: If I bring a pet, I will ensure it does not damage furniture or floors, and I will clean up after it in the yard.

Important Reminders:

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in begins at 3:00 PM; check-out is no later than 12:30 PM.
• Quiet Hours: From September to May, quiet hours are 11:00 PM–7:00 AM; from June to August, they are midnight–6:00 AM.
• Respect the Property: Treat the house and its belongings with care, just as you would your own home.
• Energy Conservation: Use the sauna wisely, and ensure lights, windows, and heating are managed efficiently when leaving.
• Accidental Damage: Report any damage or stains promptly to the host for resolution.
• Hot Tub: Use the hot tub only by prior arrangement and for an additional charge, adhering to usage rules.
• Cleanliness: Leave the home tidy and return any moved items to their original locations.
• Waste Sorting: Separate recyclables and food waste to maintain cleanliness and prevent wildlife issues.
• Nature Awareness: Appreciate the forest setting and its occasional natural visitors.
• Sauna Etiquette: Clean up after using sauna branches.
• Pet Owners: Ensure your pet is well-behaved and clean up after it responsibly.
